Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the inspection of the project and check on-site work.

2. Assist the supervisor in completing the daily related work; responsible staff arrangements and work assignments; save the personnel files of the employees and do a good job in statistics, analysis, prediction, adjustment and inquiry of various conditions.

3. Assist in the completion of the work assigned by the superiors; assist the company in recruiting, signing or renewing labor contracts.

4, Staff training and assessment, improve the professional quality of employees, familiar with emergency procedures for emergency response;

5. Responsible for Party A's complaint handling work, regularly understand Party A's satisfaction rate with the company and avoid Party A's complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the annual and monthly management plan formulated by the company, it supervises the implementation of various departments and completes all tasks of the project in stages;

2. Compile the budget of the project and control according to the actual operation conditions;

4. Arrange for the training and assessment of employees, improve the professional quality of employees, and be familiar with emergency procedures for emergencies;

5. Responsible for supervising project service quality, and regularly submit opinions and requirements;

6. Effective communication and coordination with branch offices, and appropriate control of the company's operating procedures;

7. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's projects, and regularly improve the work situation;

8. Regularly summarize the work situation of each department and report to the leadership of the branch company;

9. Responsible for Party A's handling of complaints, regularly understand Party A's satisfaction rate with the company, and avoid Party A's complaints;
